Allay Menstrual Pain Therapy Giveaway

I was very excited to get a chance to try this product for free to review. Menstrual pain is a HUGE issue for many girls & women. My daughter who is only 13 is one of those who suffer. We all know our menstrual cycle is something that you will need to put up with for a long long time. Do you really want to start with medication, especially at such a young age? Any age for that matter?

allypouchalleydeviceAllay is discreet and light weight and works 24-7. It simply slips just under your underwear to alleviate your pain.

How you might ask? It has radio signals that help blood supply in the area, lessening inflammation and thus allowing you to be pain free.

Prior to trying this, regular pain reliever didn’t work for my daughter; even at her young age she had to go to her doctor and get a prescription to deal with “that time of the month” . She reluctantly did not take her pills and agreed to try this.  She tried it and guess what??? No pain! She indicated it took less than 1/2 hour to start working and relieving the pain! She was happy (image that; a teenager on their period happy)

extra wraosIt comes with 9 extra pouches so you have a fresh one for each month, that’s a total of 10! You can purchase this item on Amazon for $39.95 which works out to only $3.95 a month to have NO PAIN 🙂

  1. I prefer to treat my menstrual pain via a hot compress, warm soaks with lavender essential oil, massage, fresh ginger lemon tea, exercise and balancing of hormones via diet and lifestyle. I believe that assisting the body naturally to reduce pain and inflammation is better in the long run than overriding the mechanism of healing. I discovered that my period pain lessens when I get enough rest versus when I lack sleep. This biofeedback lets me know that what I’m doing alleviates or increases pain. In general, I need more sleep around the time of my period. Instead of fighting the increase need of my body to sleep to cope with the demands via stimulants or medication, I simply rest/sleep and apply accupressure to provide body relief and healing. Respecting and treating our sensitive bodies correctly can do more wonders than any paid pain medication.

  2. This would be great for my teen daughter. Right now we use ibuprofen for her cramps, but I don’t like always giving her medication.
